I've come to the conclusion that I have some mental health issues, but I'm not quite sure what they are. I've taken a test online that shows strong signs that I may be bi-polar. The things that were mentioned in the test were not my only problems. I want to try to fix things with out medication if at all possible. I really can't afford to see someone personnally. Can you help?
Bi-polar illness is serious and medication can often be necessary.
It is really sad that people cannot afford to have medical treatment when needed. Borrow books at the library and talk to friends. You can also find a lot of information on the web.
Go to and write "bipolar disorder" and you will get lots of more links to information on this.
